Where do the customers come from?
All the customer enquiries driven to your business will initially come from the web. The majority of these will come from what’s known as sponsored links, whereby your details are shown to those searching the web for your products and services. We ensure your details are shown to enough of the right type of prospective customers and then record how many actually ‘click through’ to you for more information. In addition we have several other methods to drive quality traffic (customer enquiries) to your web site. Of these the one you may have heard of is search engine optimisation (SEO), whereby we optimise you web sight to help push you up the rankings and drive more relevant traffic to the site. Another powerful tool is to have your products and services mentioned in our syndicated ‘blogs’ which result in only those who are really interested in finding out more ‘clicking through’ and contacting you as a new customer.

Will I be paying for my own customers to click onto my website?
No. You don’t pay for self-generated or direct traffic. Next generation pay per click only registers when someone has clicked from a sponsored link / blog. If a customer types in your web address they will go straight to your web site.

What’s to stop a child or a competitor or the search engine staff clicking on the sponsored link and ramping up the clicks?
The search engines won’t count multiple clicks from the same source within a given time frame. This varies search engine to search engine (we currently partner with 35 search engines) but typically if you re-click within 5 minutes or so it won’t register the second click. Furthermore you will be provided with full reporting and analysis and can see exactly where any click came from. As stated earlier you remain in full control, you receive monthly reports and our consultants will stay in touch for regular account reviews.

Why a one / two / three year agreement – What’s in it for me?
What we’re providing is a combination of software and skill. It takes a little time and expertise to fine tune the best (affordable, effective and relevant) key words. As a result the amount and to a degree even the quality of enquiries increases over the first few months. It starts off as a trickle and grows from there.
You benefit from a fully fixed fee and the guarantee entered into at the beginning of the agreement holds until the end. With costs constantly rising (pay per click works on Companies bidding against each other therefore there is always upward pressure on rates) you can take advantage of the guarantees we provide and budget for a sensible period of time.

Can I have a trial?
Yes. Please talk to one of our consultants as we’re more than happy for new clients to enter into a shorter agreement. However be forewarned there is a considerable up front cost that is born by ourselves and we therefore need to structure any trial period so it is fair to both parties.

How do you make your money?
Rather than charge an upfront fee, which would put all the risk on yourself, we’re looking for long term relationships with our customers. To this end we’re comfortable on making a margin on your monthly amount. You on the other hand have the guarantee in place so both parties are protected.

Why show the quantity of clicks in ‘bands’?
The lower figure represents a minimum guaranteed number of clicks. We would ask that you always focus on this number. The upper figure should help you appreciate that we don’t set out to just achieve minimum levels. We will always work towards generating a number of leads somewhere within the band and occasionally we will even exceed that target.

Why are the conversion rates (clicks to customers) shown as so low?
Web enquiries normally differ quite significantly from other types of enquiries. Where you might have a 50% -70% conversion rate on a referral from a good friend, web site visitors come in all shapes and sizes. Some will be in essence just information gatherers and not really in the marketplace for your products or services. The good news is that your web site will tend to ‘weed out’ (or qualify) these possible time wasters and only the genuine customers will pick up the phone or knock on your door. The secret is for us to drive the right type of enquiry to your web site in the first place.

I’ve tried pay per click before, it didn’t work for me quite as well as I’d have liked, how do you differ?
Well if you tried traditional pay per click that tells us you know that you should be getting more enquiries from the web. Please accept that ‘next generation’ pay per click performs very differently from the traditional method. Firstly and most significantly we offer guarantees, secondly we take greater steps to ensure quality is maintained throughout. This policy benefits both web wisdom and yourself
